All sales from this date will be no returns or exchanges. 

 

Exchanges

We have a 30-day exchange policy and provide ONE exchange. This is to offer peace of mind when selecting the correct size. Please see our size guide to assist with size selection success. 

Last of the Best Sellers: Due to limited sizes in each style, a credit note for the purchase value will be given if we cannot provide an exchange for the correct size in the shoe style of the original purchase. 

When making an exchange, your sandals must be in the same condition that you received them; 

- Unworn or unused (no markings inside or outside of the shoe. It is suggested to try with a stocking).

- Tags, toe supports and all wrapping included (one shoe must be as original packaged).

- Dust bag

- The original receipt or proof of purchase. 

Return shipping to Amor Sydney will be at the cost of the purchaser and we highly recommend registered shipping.

Amor Sydney will provide a store credit for you to re-purchase your new shoes.  

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


How to Exchange a Product

To start an exchange, you can contact us at hello@amorsydney.com. If your exchange is accepted, we will provide return address details by email (please note return shipping is at your own expense). Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your product, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will be issued with a credit voucher and directed to make your new selection on our web page. Please remember it can take some time to process the exchange. Returns

Refunds are only accepted where a product is damaged or unfit for purpose. If a product is damaged or unfit for purpose, it must be returned within 30-days from the original purchase date and returned with all packaging. You will also need the original receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your faulty return.

All of our sandals are uniquely handmade and due to the leather being a natural product, there may at times be minor imperfections. We carefully check each and every pair of our Amor Sydney sandals to ensure that they are of the highest quality.

How to Return a Product
